7. Maintenance information for
specialised retailers
We recommend that the specialised retailer carries out a regular
inspection of the entire foldable power wheelchair.
If there are faults or defects on the foldable power wheelchair, the
chair must be given to the dealer immediately for repair. On request,
any information, documents and wiring diagrams necessary for the
repair must be provided to the dealer. If you have any questions, B+B

8. Storage/shipping

We recommend that you keep the original packing and store it for
these purposes, so that it is available when needed. Pack all pluggable
and loose parts and pack them separately in the cardboard box. The
individually-packed parts can then be packed together in a larger
cardboard box.
Your foldable power wheelchair is then optimally protected against
environmental influences during storage or transportation.

9. Disposal

When your foldable power wheelchair is no longer in use and needs to
be disposed of, please contact your dealer.

10. Transfering the wheelchair

When the wheelchair is transferred to a new owner, please include all
the technical documentation with it for the new user.
The wheelchair must be inspected in
accordance with the service schedule
and must be in good condition.

11. Maintenance

Our Customer service can provide a maintenance plan to your dealer.

12. Service life

The Via's expected service life is up to 5 years, if it is used correctly, and
safely, following the care and maintenance instructions.
The manufacturer's warranty and liability expires at that point.

13. Warranty

The warranty covers all defects of the foldable power wheelchair which
are proven to be due to faulty material or manufacturing. In the event
of a claim, the fully completed warranty certificate must be submitted
with the product. We provide the legal warranty of 2 years for our
products. For replacement devices and repairs, the warranty period is 1
year. For batteries the warranty period is 6 months. In addition, please
follow the B+B care, warranty, hygiene and maintenance information.
Your dealer will be happy to provide these to you.
