MEMORY RECALL

This unit includes a recall of the last measurement taken.
When the unit is OFF, press the

right of the display screen. The thermometer has now
switched measurement modes.
NOTE: After the mode has changed, the display will
self-test, show the last measurement in memory and then
prepare for a new measurement. If you do not desire to
take a measurement immediately after changing modes,
