INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: BULKHEAD BASE will lean
approximately 10˚ toward rear of van.
STEP 1: Attach top panel to base panel using
1/4-20 x 3/4" bolts, washer and lock nut,
tighten at this time.
STEP 2: Place base with single flange against
steel angle on floor of van. Bottom flange
will face the seats. Center the base side to
side on floor. Mark holes and remove base.
Drill this hole with a 3/8" dia. bit and install a
blind fastener. See Blind Fastener Installation
instructions on page 3.
STEP 3: Loosen weather strip on "B" Pillar so
plastic on "B" Pillar can be popped off towards
OR
the seats. At approximately 18-1/2" up from
floor angle on "B" Pillar will be a hex-shaped
hole. Plastic trim will need to be notched in
this area so angle brace can bolt up to "B"
Pillar. Notch size is approximately 2" tall x
2-1/8" deep. Loosely fasten the angle brace to
the B pillar using 1/4-20 x 3/4" bolts, washer
and lock nut.
