Make sure that the rim is firmly fixed on the clamping jaw.
The valve shall be placed on the right side of tire-changing head at a gap of 10 cm to avoid the damage to inner
tube (Fig. 5-3).
Necklaces, bracelets, loose clothing or foreign objects near the moving parts may endanger the operator.
Sledge the bead onto the raised part of dismounting head with a lever (Fig. 5-4), press the steering tread of turntable (Fig. 4-16-10) to make
the turntable rotate clockwise until the upper bead is completely removed.
In case of the tire changing failure, stop it immediately and lift the pedal to make the turntable rotate
counterclockwise to remove the obstacle!

Put the hexagonal shaft (Fig. 4-16-4) at the working
position, place the dismounting head against the
upper edge of rim, and hold the rocker arm with
the hand wheel (Fig. 4-16-11) and lock it with the
locking handle (Fig. 4-16-12). The dismounting head
will automatically move upwards slightly (Fig. 5-2),
and the angle has been adjusted according to the
standard rim (13") before the delivery. In case of
extra large or small rim, please reposition it.
