There is no sound coming from the headphones.
- Turn up the volume on the headphones.
- Make sure the headset is paired to the phone.
- Restart the music player on your cell phone or music device.
- Make sure the phone or music device are programmed to connect via bluetooth.
There is poor sound quality.
- The battery charge level may be low. In this case, charge the headphones for 2 hours.
- Restart the music player on your phone or music revice.
