MONCOLHA15T – 15" TFT LCD MONITOR
1. Introduction
Thank you for buying the MONCOLHA15T! Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service.
Make sure that the device was not damaged in transit. If the device is damaged, don't install it and contact your dealer.
Verify if you have all parts and accessories: 1 TFT LCD monitor (15"), 1 operation manual, 1 wireless remote controller,
1 VGA cable, 3 audio/video cables, 1 power cable, 1 AC adapter: DC 12V / 3A.
2. Safety Precautions
• Do not expose this device to rain or moisture to avoid the risk of fire or electric shock.
• Any unauthorised change or modification to this device will void the warranty.
• All operating instructions must be read and understood before the device can be operated.
• Keep this manual in a safe place where you can easily find it - do NOT throw it away.
• Never insert objects into the device through vents or openings. Since high voltage flows in the device, inserted
objects can cause electric shocks and short-circuit internal parts.
• Unplug the power cord before cleaning the device. Use a damp cloth; no liquid or aerosol cleaning products.
• Keep the device away from water, such as a bath tub, kitchen sink, swimming pool... or damp places.
• Keep the device away from heat sources such as radiators, heaters, stoves...
• The LCD screen used in this device is made of glass. Therefore, it can break when the product is dropped or
applied with impact. Be careful not to be injured by pieces of broken glass if the LCD panel should break.
• Do not put the device on an unstable surface ; the device may fall and break, and may cause personal injuries.
• This device must operate on a power source as indicated on the specification label.
• Power cords and cables must be routed properly to prevent people from stepping on them or putting objects on them.
• Do not overload AC outlets or extension cords.
• If the AC adapter needs to be replaced, obtain the same type of adapter from your dealer.
• Do not attempt to service or repair the device yourself. Removing covers may expose you to high voltage and
other dangerous conditions. Request a qualified service person to service or repair your device.
• Do not use accessories other than those suggested by the manufacturer. Use of inadequate accessories can
result in damage or accidents.
• Do not use replacement parts other than those suggested by the manufacturer or parts with the same
characteristics and performance. Use of inadequate parts can result in electric shocks, short-circuits, fire...
• Have a qualified service person repair the device when:
! The power cord or the plug is damaged.
! An object has fallen into the device.
! The device has been exposed to rain or water or any other liquid.
! The device does not operate normally. Do not touch controls randomly to try and fix things yourself.
! The device has been dropped or damaged.
! The display does not look normal. Any noticeable abnormality in the device indicates that it needs servicing.
