To adjust the tilt of the packing wheels proceed as out-
lined below.
1) Loosen the screws (A).
2) Turn the support (B) to change the tilt of the packing
wheels.
3) Tighten the screws (A).
Carry out the same operations to adjust the packing
wheels of the other planting units installed.

Adjusting the packing wheel scraper

The scraper is used to clean the packing wheels, remov-
ing any soil and debris that has built up.
Proceed as outlined below.
1) Loosen the screw (A).
2) Turn the scraper (B) until it reaches the desired posi-
tion.
3) Tighten the screw (A).
4) Loosen the nut (C).
5) Position the blade (D) so that it is just touching the
packing wheel.
6) Tighten the nut (C).
7) Repeat the same procedure for the other scraper.
Carry out the same operations to adjust the scrapers of
the other planting units installed.

Adjusting the Plant Control

The Plant Control device stops the seedlings falling
downwards before they are ejected.
Move the device down for smaller seedlings and up for
taller seedlings.
Proceed as outlined below.
1) Slightly loosen wing nut (A).
2) Adjust the device (B) as required.
3) Tighten the wing nut (A).
Carry out the same operations to adjust the Plant Con-
trol of the other planting units installed.
