9. Troubleshooting
 The motor does not start.
No power or low voltage. Check the power line and voltage.
o
Faulty or damaged power cord. Check and replace if needed.
o
Faulty motor/capacitor. Check and replace if needed.
o
The device is locket out due to previous overheating. Detect the cause, let the device cool down and
o
restart.
 The motor runs but the device does not ignite.
Empty fuel tank, dirty or wrong fuel. Fill the tank, or remove the wrong fuel.
o
Clogged fuel filter. Clean or replace the filter.
o
Air leaks in the oil line. Check the hoses and tighten the connections.
o
Fuel viscosity increased at low temperature. Mix the diesel with 10-20 % kerosene.
o
 Flames escaping from the outlet.
Insufficient airflow into combustion chamber. Check the air inlet, fan and motor.
o
Compressor pressure too high. Check the air pressure and adjust.
o
 The device stops during operation.
The room temperature has reached the thermostat setting. This is normal.
o
Flame failure, bad combustion, reduced airflow, overheating. Reset the device.
