SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This machine is intended as a Platform Lift to raise or lower mower
cutting units ONLY. Any use other than this may cause personal injury
and void the warranty.
To assure the quality and safety of your machine and to maintain the
warranty, you MUST use original equipment manufacturers replacement
parts and have any repair work done by a qualified professional.
ALL operators of this equipment must be thoroughly trained BEFORE
operating the equipment.
This machine is for indoor use ONLY. Do NOT power wash machine.

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
On a daily basis, clean the Platform Lift by wiping it off.
On a daily basis, inspect the Platform Lift for loose fasteners or components. Tighten or
adjust if found.
On a monthly basis, inspect the Platform Lift for loose, worn or damaged components.
Repair or replace any found.
At least once every 3 months, inspect the roller chains for proper tension. If tension is
correct, lubricate with high quality lithium grease. If adjustment is required, adjust or replace
as required and lubricate after adjustment..
At least once every3 to 6 months, lubricate the actuator vertical shaft. Lubricate with high
quality lithium grease.
At least once every3 to 6 months, check the battery for any cracks or leaks.
On an annual basis, lubricate the top actuator Flange Mount Bearing 3708966 with one shot
of high quality lithium grease.
