First plug in the power, then place the safety key on the computer & turn on the power
switch that is located at the front of the treadmill motor cover.

The screen shows "0.0",press "START" key to start the treadmill and the LCD shows
"5-4-3-2-1" before the running belt starts moving.the running belt starts speed by
1.0km/h.

Press "Speed +" "Speed- "key or easy press "+""-" key located on the left handlebar
to adjust speed du ring exercise,each increment or reduction will be of 0.1 km/h, the
speed rang is from 1.0km/h to 16km/h,you also can press quick speed key "3-6-9" to
adjust the specified speed.

Press "lncline +" "lncline-" key or easy press "+""-" key located on the right
handlebar to adjust the inclination du ring exercise,each increment or reduction will be
of 1 degree,the inclination rang is from 0 to 15 degree.you also can press incline quick
incline key "3-6-9" to adjust the specified inclination.

Press"STOP"key to stop the treadmill ,it will be stop ,display shows"0.0",for
emergency stop,remove the Safety Key. the running Belt will stop automatically and the
window will display "- - -".
6.
MODE: the screen shows "0.0",press the"MODE" button to set up data TIME/
DISTANCE /CALORIE,use the"SPEED+"and"SPEED-"button to adjust the running date,
after set up, press"START"button to run the treadmill,the treadmill will run within the
settled data.
