POSSIBLE CAUSE
The remote control is a touch
panel, and can be hard to ac-
tivate if your fingers are very
dry.
The remote control is a touch
panel, and cannot be activat-
ed with wet fingers.
The remote control's sensi-
tivity will be reduced, and its
functions become hard to ac-
tivate, if the film on the touch
panel is not removed.
When the power is connected
to the extractor hood, it is
then ready to be connected to
any type of radio frequency-
controlled device, e.g. alarm
systems, bells, and so on.
The extractor hood will set
up a connection to product
transmitting in the same fre-
quency area within the first 8
seconds of receiving power.
SOLUTION
Moisten your fingers lightly.
NOTE: your fingers must NOT
be wet.
Dry the fingers, and ensure
there is no water sitting on
the touch panel.
Remove the film from the
touch panel.
Ensure that no other radio
frequency-controlled
tems are started up at the
same time as the extractor
hood, and ensure that you
activate the remote control
within the first 8 seconds of
powering up the hood.
