The set temperature has not been reached.
if the readout goes out and switches to standby mode, the
error will be indicated by the slow blinking of the "on/off" button
when the readout is activated again.
If water stops while filling of the tub or while using the hand shower
and the three filling level indicator LEDs start blinking, it means
that the water temperature is very different from the setting (cold
boiler, no hot water).
The system will wait for 10 minutes for the plumbing system to
supply water at the set temperature. Filling will then resume.
Check that the plumbing system is working properly if the
alarm continues.
Check that the plumbing system of the building is working
properly.
The temperature sensor may be faulty.
Contact the closest Jacuzzi® Service Centre.

Simply dry the various components after use.
For cleaning, simply remove dirt with a cloth and mild detergent.
Rinse with clean water and dry.

The shower head is provided with a flow regulator (R) and a
scale membrane (M) which can be removed and cleaned with a
sponge.
If they are obstructed with scale, soak them in a specific scale
remover solution following the instructions on the package.

The crystal fitted on the filler mouth is protected with "Crystal
Clear", a special treatment which prevents the formation of lime
scale and which contributes to creating a perfect water "sheet",
for an optimal flow of water.
This treatment makes the crystal easier to clean.
Maintenance is very simple: dry the crystal with a cloth (do not
use scouring pads and/or detergent in cream or powder form).
Every now and again, when simply rinsing does not provide the
expected cleanness and brightness, the crystal may be cleaned
with a special scale remover.
Appropriate products may be applied if the crystal is no
longer clean and bright. Contact a Jacuzzi® Service Centre
for purchasing the special products and for this type of
maintenance.
