Check that there is electricity.
Check that the buttons have been pressed correctly.
The controls may not operate correct if the display is wet.
Simply remove the water and wait a few seconds before
pressing other buttons.
The function has timed out.
Try to store the levels again for the automatic filling function
(see "Filling the tub, storing levels").
The filling operation is stopped immediately if there is no cold
water to prevent burns which could be cause by filling with hot
water only.
Check that the plumbing system of the building is
working properly.

Check that the pressure of the plumbing system is not low.
Check that the filters under the tub between the thermostatic
unit and the plumbing system are not dirty (see "Maintenance"
section).
The filter inside the thermostatic cartridge may be dirty.
Contact the closest Jacuzzi® Service Centre.
Check that the flow regulator and the scale filter of the hand
shower are not dirty (see "Maintenance" section).

The level sensor may be faulty or detached from the tub (the
maximum filling time is increased to ensure filling of the tub also
in presence of water pressure drops).
Contact the closest Jacuzzi® Service Centre.

The filling operation is stopped immediately if there is no cold
water to prevent burns which could be cause by filling with hot
water only.
Do not rest your hands on the inner walls of the tub during
automatic filling: you could trip the level sensor and stop the
water flow.
The water temperature may be very different from the setting.
See "Error messages - Arrow down button".

Some LEDs on the panel may blink to indicate faults in certain cases
as follows.

The fault may depend on a malfunctioning of the motor which
operates the thermostatic tap or a communication interruption
between the keypad and the electronic system circuit. A faulty
temperature sensor may generate the same error.
The button will blink for approximately 1 minute after the system
returns to stand-by.

The following faults do not prevent operation but are provided to
remind you to solve them as soon as possible.
The button related to the type of fault will blink (see explanations
below). This will occur whenever the system is turned on until the
fault is deleted.
Press the "on/off" button within 10 seconds to delete the
indication.
A fault concerning the thermostatic cartridge has been detected.
The inner filter may be obstructed and the adjustment motor is
overloaded.
Contact the closest Jacuzzi® Service Centre.
The maximum time available for filling the tub has been
exceeded twice.
Check that the maximum filling level is correctly stored (see
"Filling the tub - Storing levels").
The fault may concern the level sensor (fitted on the side of the
tub) or the control panel.
Water flow rate drops may have extended the filling times.
Check that the plumbing system is working correctly.
Check that the filters at the tub inlet are clean (see
"Maintenance - Cleaning filters".
