For ambient conditions which require contact and moisture protection conforming to IP
65, you must use a cable with M12 industrial connectors and a moulded 9-pin D-sub
plug. The adaptation to DMT takes place using a Y-adapter, which is provided on two
ends with M12 industrial connectors (respectively with a male and a female) and with a
moulded 9-pin D-sub plug. 9-pin D-sub plug is used to connect to the DMT.
