► Data Transmission Via Bluetooth
You can use your meter and Health Care Software System to view
your test results on your personal computer. To learn more about
the Health Care Software System, please contact local customer
services or the place of purchase for assistance.
Step 1
Installing the software
Downloading the Health Care Software System and instructions
provided on Fora Care Inc, website: www.foracare.com/usa to your
personal computer. Follow the on screen instruction to install the
software.
Step 2
Connecting to a personal computer
With the monitor turned off, slide the
button on the left side of the meter
to initiate the monitor ' s data trans-
mission. The blue indicator above the
screen will flash.
When BT indicator is blinking, this indicates that meter is still search-
ing for pairing. When the indicator shows a steady blue light, meter
has connected online and ready for data transmission.
Step 3
Data transmission
Results transmitted include date and time. The meter will turn itself
off after transmission completes or being left idle for three minutes.
Important: Make sure your PC has Bluetooth before connection with
the meter, and the meter is within the receiving range.
While the meter is connecting to the PC, it will be unable to perform a blood
glucose test.
