Table 3 below defines the limit conditions for the application and operation of the units.
Table 3 – Limit Conditions for the Application and Operation
Status
1) Outside air temperatura
2) Rated Voltaje
3) Mains imbalance
(see also item 4.8)
4) Distance and unlevel of the
condenser and evaporator
units
Before performing the start-up, check the conditions above and the following items:
a) Check the installation and operation of all the equipments such as the condenser
and evaporator.
b) Check if all the electric connections are properly set.
c) Confirm there are not refrigerant leaks.
d) Confirm if the power supply is compatible with the electric characteristics of the unit.
e) Check if the rotation course of the fans is correct.
f)
Be sure all the service valves are at the correct operation position, that is, open.
Aiming at offering a larger number of options to the users, Surrey has made available kits
of the electromechanical and electronic commands, and Surrey Programmable and
Non-Programmable Digital command. In order to acquire the kits contact your local
authorized dealer.
We have the following usual operating pressures (average values for the nominal
ARI 210 conditions) for all units.
Again, we point out that it is mandatory to calculate the overheating and
subcooling in order to set the gas charge and to achieve the maximum output of
the equipment.
