AirProtect
1. You are personally responsible for the safety
of your child at all times.
2. Never hold your child on your lap when
driving.
3. The Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect is for car
use only.
4. Do not use second-hand products whose
history is unknown.
5. Replace the Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect
after an accident.
6. Read this instruction manual carefully and
keep it in the storage space under the
Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect.
Warning: Correct fitting of the car seat belt is
essential for the safety of your child. The car seat
belt must be installed following the red parts of
the Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect. NEVER fit the seat
belt in a way other than described.
Warning: Do not make any changes to the
Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect, as this could lead to
unsafe situations.
Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect in the car
1. U se the Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect only on
a front-facing seat that is fitted with an
automatic or static 3-point belt that has been
approved according to the ECE R16 standard
or similar. Do NOT use a 2-point belt.
2. Make sure the car seat can be installed
properly in your car before purchasing it.
3. Always fully install the Maxi-Cosi Rodi
AirProtect with the car seat belt, even if there
is no child in it.
4. D eactivate the airbag if using the Maxi-Cosi
Rodi AirProtect on the front passenger
seat. If this is not possible, place the
passenger seat in the rearmost position.
5. Always install both components of the
Maxi-Cosi Rodi AirProtect: seat + back
support.
6. Make sure that fold-down rear seats are
locked into position and that the back rest of
the car seat is upright position.
