Getting Started
Routine maintenance on the TWINDOSE 20 unit includes keeping pump tubes fresh, and
keeping the unit clean. Repairs to the unit involve modular component replacements. This
minimizes spare parts inventory requirements and speeds up the service process in the field.

Tube replacement
Disconnect the power supply;
Remove the transparent lid from the pump head;
To remove the tube, place the roller holders with the rollers in a vertical position;
Remove the connection on the left from its seat by lifting it; keeping hold of the
connector with one hand rotate the roller holder clockwise, until you can lift the
connector on the right from its seat.
To insert the tube, place the roller holder with the rollers in horizontal position;
Insert the connector in the left seat with the round edge on the bottom;
Rotate the roller holder clockwise so that the cross piece pushes the tube into its
natural seat; finally insert the second connection into its seat on the right;
Insert the transparent lid in its seat starting from the top, taking care to position the
embedded rim towards the pump and pressing slightly on the sides until the lid clicks in
its seat.
Warning !!! Sekobril transparent tube is used in the rinse aid pump and Santoprene
tan tubes are used in the detergent pump.
