Grilled salmon
Serves 4
Cookinf time:15 min / 450g of salmon
Ingredients:
• 4 Fillets of salmon
• Lemon
• Dill
• Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place the double upper rack inside the container of the robot and the salmon directly on the grill. Squeeze a little
lemon juice on top, sprinkle with dill and salt & pepper to taste.
2. Cook with P.5 program at 190º for about 15 minutes.
3. Serve in a platter and combine it with salad or roasted vegetables..
Codfish over colorful vegetables
Directions:
1. Peel the shallots, potatoes, carrots, celery and leeks and cut into bite-sized chunks. Place the vegetables on the stain-
less steel bowl of the robot with a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 20 min with P.2 program.
2. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and add the chopped garlic, bay leaves, wine and fish broth.
3. Meanwhile, wash the codfish and sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste. Put the fish in the bowl and cover with the
vegetables and cook for 35-40 minutes with P.3 program. Before removing the robot, sprinkle with chopped parsley
and let stand for a few minutes.
