Artichokes with Spanish ham

Serves 4
Cooking time: 15 min.
Ingredients:
• 50 ml of olive oil
• 90 ml water
• 800 g of artichokes
• 200 g of Spanish ham (Serrano)
• Salt
• White pepper
Directions:
1. Clean the artichokes and cut into 4 pieces. Cut the ham into small cubes and chop the garlic.
2. Place all ingredients in the stainless steel container of the robot, mix thoroughly, close the lid, set P.3 program (180º)
and cook during 15 minutes.

Bittersweet zucchini with raisins

Directions:
1. Wash and clean the zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and remove and throw away the seeds with a teaspoon. Mince
the garlic.
2. In a bowl, put the raisins to soak 15 minutes in water, vinegar and wine; reserve juice.
3. In another bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the drained raisins (previous step), the chopped garlic, pine nuts
(pinions) and the chopped anchovies. Fill the zucchini with this mixture.
4. Arrange the stuffed zucchini in the stainless steel container (if necessary, cut in half) and add 2 tablespoons of the
reserved juice of olive oil and soak raisins (step2). Sprinkle cornstarch and sugar.
5. Close the lid, set P3 program (180º) and cook during 15 minutes.
