Possible Cause
The appliance is

Solution
Be sure the appliance is
plugged in correctly. Next,
press the power button, the
power indicator light will come
on.
Check the hose to be sure that
there is nothing in it and that
it is not damaged, twisted or
bent in any way.
Turn off and unplug the
appliance; fill the water tank
with water.
Descale the appliance using
the instructions above.
