Malfunction table

Malfunction
The pump
repeatedly starts
and stops (the
pressure-gauge
needle moves into
the red zone)
The heat pump
appears to
function, but does
not heat the pool
The heat pump is
not working
Possible cause
•
Not enough water
in the condenser
•
Gas leak
•
Heat loss
•
Surrounding air
too cold
•
Thermostat is not
set properly
•
No power supply
•
Check that the filter bag is not clogged
up
•
Check that the position of the valves
has not been accidentally modified
•
Check that the heat pump is not too far
or too high
Check the position of the pressure-
gauge needle, it should be at a
minimum of 5 bar. If this is not the
case, please contact your dealer.
•
Is there a cover to reduce heat loss?
•
Is the fan working? Check the coding
for the LEDs and the temperature of
the surrounding air. The heat pump is
probably in defrost mode (air
temperature around 7° C).
•
Is the water temperature setpoint
greater than the pool temperature?
Increase the heating setpoint
•
Check that the GFCI for the relay box
is not set to OFF and has not been
tripped
