ERROR MESSAGES
Symptom
The
amperimeter
show any strength, but the
voltimeter shows its maximum
value.
The display shows the "OrAL"
message.
The display shows the "HIAL"
message.
The power source and the
resistors are all right, but the
temperature does not rise.
CAUTION
Before connecting the unit, make sure the power source is a grounded 230 V, 50/60 Hz. The power source
▪
should be properly protected by a thermal magnetic circuit breaker (consult the installation engineer).
Do not allow children or unqualified personnel to handle the unit.
▪
Always keep the door closed while the furnace is working.
▪
Open the door with caution. Fumes coming out suddenly may cause burns.
▪
Do not load the furnace excessively, and do not insert objects that may fall when opening the door.
▪
▪
Do not put flammable materials or liquids into the furnace or substances that may produce toxic fumes.
Place the furnace on a flat, firm surface. Make sure it is away from vibration sources and flammable
▪
materials.
Place the furnace where its sides are at a minimum distance of 15 cm from the wall or any other object.
▪
▪
Wear gloves and use pliers whenever you insert or remove materials from the furnace. Do not touch the
metal casing, since it may reach a high temperature.
▪
After heating the furnace, remove the materials with extreme caution. They may reach a very high
temperature (up to 1650 ºC) and cause accidents.
▪
Do not touch the resistors when the furnace is connected to the power source.
Do not touch the resistors without making sure they are cold.
▪
▪
Disconnect the power cord before carrying out any maintenance operation.
Do not ever insert your fingers or any object through the ventilation grids

Solution
Find out the broken resistor and
replace it.
Replace the thermocouple.
Let the furnace cool down and find out
the reason for such a high temperature
(the
program
may
designed).
