The MPEG 1 Layer 1
and MPEG 1 Layer 2
formats are older
formats and are not
compatible with the
player.
If you try to play MPG
files created in these
older formats, the
player may skip the file
or shut down.
Delete the old
MPEG-formatted files
from the CD.
Create MPG files
using the MPEG 1
Layer 3 format.
