problem yourself. Otherwise, contact our customer service department. Do not try to repair
a faulty appliance yourself!

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible cause/solution
- Has the power button (21) been pressed? Press the power
button (21) to switch the appliance on.
- Has the steam control knob (9) been set high enough? Turn the
steam control knob (9) to adjust the amount of steam released.
Turn it clockwise to increase the amount of steam.
- The appliance is still not operational. The appliance must heat
up for a few seconds until steam can be emitted.
- The water reservoir is empty. Fill the water reservoir (see chapter
"OPERATION", section "Filling the water reservoir").
- Has the water reservoir been properly inserted in the steam
generator? Check to make sure it is correctly inserted.
- Is the attachment is blocked? Clean the attachment.
