12) Limpiar el asiento, el obturador y, mediante
un chorro de aire comprimido, la parte interna
del cuerpo.
13) Reinstalar el asta (4) junto con el platillo de
guía y el obturador.
14) Montar el anillo en dos mitades
(13) con el respectivo anillo de
seguridad (14) en la estría del
asta e introducir el cojinete de
base inferior (10).
15) Montar el resorte nuevo (9).
16) Introducir el cojinete de base
superior (8) en el asta.
17) Montar
el
sombrerete
introduciendo el asta (4) en el
tornillo de calibración (5).
18) Enroscar las tuercas (6).
19) Regular la presión de
calibración operando para ello
con el respectivo tornillo.
20) Apretar la contratuerca (3).
21) Reinstalar en el asta el anillo
de cabeza (1) y la clavija (2).
22) Reinstalar el capuchón y la palanca de la
manera ilustrada en los precedentes apartados.
23) Verificar el correcto montaje operando
manualmente con el dispositivo de elevación.

12) Clean the seat, the disc and the internal parts
of the body by using compressed air.
13) Mount the spindle (4) with the complete
guide and the disc
22) Mount the cap and the lever as shown in the
previous paragraphs.
23) Test the assembling procedures by
acting on the manual lifting device.

Moun the split ring (13) with
the safety ring (14) in the
groove of the spindle and
insert the lower spring plate

Mount the bonnet by
inserting the spindle (4) in
the adjusting screw (5).

Screw the nuts (6).

Adjust the set pressure by

Tighten the locknut (3)

spindle
