PROCEDIMIENTO
Las siguientes operaciones deben efectuarse en
banco de trabajo:
1) Antes de retirar el sello de plomo verificar el
número estampado.
2) Retirar el seeger haciendo palanca con la punta
del destornillador.
3) Extraer la clavija y la palanca.
4) Aflojar el tornillo de tope.
5) Desenroscar el capuchón.
6) Aflojar la contratuerca utilizando la llave fija.
7) Regular la presión de calibración bloqueando el
asta e interviniendo en el tornillo de presión.
Haciendo girar en sentido horario el tornillo de
presión, se incrementa la compresión del resorte
aumentando, por consiguiente, la presión de
calibración. En cambio, haciendo girar el tornillo
en sentido antihorario se obtiene la reducción
de la presión de calibración.
8) Para efectuar el montaje deberán ejecutarse en
orden y sentido inverso las operaciones
antedichas.

PROCEDURES
The following operations must be performed
on the test bench
1) Before removing the lead seal, check the
stamped mark.
2) Remove the seeger using the screwdriver as
a lever.
3) Pull out the pin and the lever
4) Loosen the screw
5) Unscrew the cap
6) Loosen the locknut using the monkey wrench
7) Adjust the set pressure by locking the spindle
and acting on the pressure screw. By turning
the screw to the right, the compression on
the spring will increase. As a consequence
the set pressure value will also rise.
Otherwise, by turning the screw to the left,
the set pressure will lower.
8) When mounting the valve follow the above
mentioned instructions in reverse order.
