CEBORA S.p.A.
"Power Source Ready" signal goes high and a
new welding operation can be started.
In case of impossibility in physically cutting the
wire (inaccessible or too dangerous position),
Power Sources have the capability to burn the
wire
by
performing
detachment procedure".
To start this procedure must drive the following
signal sequence:
1. Robot enables "Arc-on" signal for 1 s.
2. Power Source starts the "automatic wire
detachment procedure".
3. Power Source newly verifies the sticking
condition. If remedied switches high the
"Sticking Remedied" signal, and switches
high the "Power Source Ready" signal. If still
stuck it's possible to repeat the sequence,
starting from point 1.

WARNING !
12.8 Wire Available (MIG).
Green light indicates function active.
The optional "end-of-wire watchdog" alerts the
operator in good time to the fact that the wire
spool will soon need changing. This makes it
possible to prevent unnecessary disruption of the
production process.
The "end-of-wire watchdog" is based on the
principle of an inductive sensor that constantly
samples the wire spool.
Before the final layer has been completely
unreeled, the system ceases to detect any more
wire and the inductivity of the sensor changes.
This property can be exploited by a suitable
electronic circuit and outputted as an end-of-wire
alarm.
"End" warning indication is flashing on display
"O" of the Control Panel.
12.9 Pulse Sync. High (TIG).
Green light indicates TIG pulsed high level
current welding.
Red light indicates TIG pulsed low level current
welding.
During welding green and red indicators light
alternatively at Pulsed frequency.
With Pulsed frequency higher than 5 Hz.
Indicator becomes green fixed.

12.10 Pilot Arc (PLASMA).
Green light indicates function active.
The "Pilot Arc" function remains active as long
as the Pilot Arc is on.

12.11 Transfer Arc (PLASMA).
Green light indicates function active.
The "Transfer Arc" function remains active as
long as the cut lasts.
13 ANALOG SIGNALS FROM POWER
SOURCE TO ROBOT-PANTOGRAPH
CONTROL.
Analog Output signals information is updated
every 200 msec. in the Main Page and every 100
msec in the Log Page.
13.1 Welding Current (MIG-TIG).
Indicates the "Welding Current Actual Value "
expressed in Amps.
The allowed range is shown on the line.
The corresponding Robot Interface Analogue
Output voltage has the following ratio:
- 0.0 ÷ 1000 A Output Current = 0 ÷ 10 V
Robot Interface output voltage.
13.2 Welding Voltage (MIG-TIG).
Indicates the "Welding Voltage Actual Value"
expressed in Volts.
The allowed range is shown on the line.
The corresponding Robot Interface Analogue
Output voltage has the following ratio:
- 0.0 ÷ 100.0 V Output Voltage = 0 ÷ 10 V
Robot Interface output voltage.
13.3 Motor Speed (MIG-TIG).
Indicates the "Motor Speed Actual Value"
expressed in m/min.
The allowed range is shown on the line.
The corresponding Robot Interface Analogue
Output voltage has the following ratio:
- MIG: 0.0 ÷ 25.0 m/min. Motor Speed = 0 ÷
10 V Robot Interface output voltage.
- TIG: -2.5 to 25.0 m/min. Motor Speed = 0 ÷
10 V Robot Interface output voltage.
13.4 Motor Current (MIG-TIG).
Indicates the "Motor Current Actual Value"
expressed in Amps.
The allowed range is shown on the line.
The corresponding Robot Interface Analogue
