TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM

CAUSES
Lack of fuel

Leaks through

Leaks though
the spark plug
SOLUTIONS
Fill the tank
Make sure that fuel valve is open
Main fuel pump is blocked up.
Dismantle the fuel pump and clean it.
Fuel valve filter is dirty.
Remove and clean
Fuel cap air valve is blocked up.
Unblock it
Clean it or replace it
Check that spark plug/stopping cables
will not be loose or damaged.
Check that the spark plug valve cap is
well assembled on the cable.
Replace the electronic coil
Check set and grind/polish valves
Replace cylinder head
Check that the spark plug is correctly
assembled and does not cause leaks
(it is properly tight)
Unplug electrical appliances
Replace the fuse or turn the switch ON
Adjust engine rpm correctly
Get the appliance repaired.
Adjust engine rpm correctly.
Replace condenser or AVR
