Chapter 4. Limits and conditions in the use of machine

4.1. Packing sizes

MIN. : a = 130mm
MAX.: a = 270mm
Note: The measures indicated in the table refer to the minimum and maxium measurements of the single dimension.
It is not possible to have the three measurements simultaneously.

4.2. Machine operation conditions

Don´t try packages having the same surface as the tray centering window. Always leave at least 1-2 cm. Less than the
window inner perimeter.

4.3. Items which must not be packaged

The products listed below must absolutely not to be wrapped to avoid damages to the machine and serious injuries to the
operator in charge:

Chapter 5. Film features

5.1. Films to be used

The machine can work with stretch films with a lowest thickness 9 micron.
To guarantee the best results, it is recommended to use the films marketed by us.
The special features of our films assure their outstanding reliability, with regard both to compliance with laws in force and
to an excellent machine performance.
It is recommended to refer to the technical and safety sheets of the films in use and to observe the
corresponding instructions.

Chapter 6. Safety standards

6.1. Warnings

It is extremely important to read carefully each part of this chapter as it contains important information on the risks the
operator may face in case of illegitimate use of the machine.
THE MACHINE CAN NOT BE USED BY UNTRAINED PERSONNEL!
During work pay attention to all hot parts of the machine. The temperature they can reach is so high
that it can cause burns.
Smoking is forbidden while the machine is operating!

Don´t touch the cutting wire (27) and the sealing pad (28). Danger of burns due to residual heat on the sealing blade
(figure 6.1.A page 50).

Do not keep on sealing in case the sealing blade breaks (27) but replace it at once (figure 6.1.B page 50).
