6.3 FUSE REPLACEMENT

There are protection devices (fuses) in the machine. When they trigger the cause is a malfunction of the monobloc and/or of the
auxiliary circuits (cold room light, door resistor etc.). The tools required are as follows: -screwdriver.
To replace a fuse follow the instructions given below:
- SWITCH OFF the machine and disconnect it from the main power supply.
- OPEN the panel covering the motor compartment.
- UNSCREW the closure of the fuse socket. Pull out the fuse as shown in fig. 6.3.a.
- CHECK that the internal fuse and the fuse socket not are faulty. If they are failed, replace it with a new fuse of the same specifi-
cations.
- CLOSE the electrical components box and replace the covering panel.
- CONNECT the machine to the main power supply and switch it on. If, after replacement, the fuse fails again, call for technical
assistance.

7. REFUSE DISPOSAL AND DEMOLITION

The instructions contained in this chapter are for qualified personnel. Disposal must be carried out in accordance
with the standards in force in the Country of use. The crossed-out wheeled bin means that within the European
Union the product must be taken to separate collection at the product end-of life. This applies to your device
but also to any enhancements marked with this symbol. Do not dispose of these products as unsorted municipal
waste.

7.1 REFUSE STORAGE

As far as regards respect for the environment, there are different standards of reference in different countries. Provisional stora-
ge of special refuse while awaiting disposal by definitive treatment and/or storage is permitted. Any type of refrigerant must not
be disposed of in the environment.
No replacement of refrigerant with refrigerants other than those specified on the data plate is permitted without prior authorisa-
tion from the manufacturer.

7.2 DEMOLITION PROCEDURES

For demolition procedures, the provisions set by the laws and relative bodies in the Country of use must be respected.
In general it is necessary to dispatch the appliance to qualified collection/demolition centres.
We suggest the following:
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains power and water supply.
- Dismantle the appliance, grouping the components according to their chemical nature.
- We remind you that the refrigerating system contains lubricating oil and refrigerant that can be recovered and re-used.
- Proceed to demolition of the appliance in full respect of the laws in force.
DEMOLITION OPERATIONS MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
