HEATWORKS RECOMMENDS: If your water comes from
a well, it is recommended you install a sand filter on the
main water line entering the house from the well. There
is also a small filter screen inside the water inlet of the
MODEL 1X Water Heater.

dynamically controls the
M2X
power going to your
Controller
tank to maximize
available hot water.
IMPORTANT: The MODEL 1X Water Heater is designed
to work with traditional electric tank water heaters and
cannot be wired to a gas tank water heater. The
MODEL 1X will not function properly with Hybrid, Heat
Pump, GeoSpring or any other "smart" water heater.
