Cranberry-Pomegranate Detox Smoothie
Serves: 3 - 4
1-1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/3 cup cranberry juice
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
1 frozen banana

Peel banana. Slice into 1-inch chunks. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment-lined pan.
Once frozen, place banana chunks in plastic wrap or a freezer-safe bag.
2. Add all ingredients to the BELLA Personal Blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
3. Pour into glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and remaining mint.
Tip: Add 2 teaspoon flax oil to smoothie for a healthy boost.
Dragon Fruit Mermaid Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 3 - 4
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 (red or white) dragon fruit
1/4 teaspoon spirulina powder
2 - 3 tablespoons organic honey

Trim both the top and bottom ends from the dragon fruit.
Cut one slice through the skin, from top to bottom.
Carefully peel back the thick outer skin to expose the meaty interior.
Chop the fruit in half. Cut half into chunks.
2. Add Greek yogurt, half of the dragon fruit, spirulina powder,
honey and ice cubes to the BELLA Personal Blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Cut the second half of the dragon fruit into bite-sized pieces.
4. Add Dragon Fruit Smoothie to a bowl and toss chia seeds,
blueberries and dragon fruit pieces over the top.
Tip: Add smoothie mixture to popsicle molds and enjoy frozen Mermaid popsicles!
Pina-Mojito-Colada 
Serves: 1 - 2
1.5 oz. (1 shot) coconut rum
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3 - 4 pineapple chunks
1/4 cup coconut milk

Add rum, pineapple chunks and 1/4 cup pineapple juice to a spouted measuring cup
and pour into an ice cube tray to freeze.
2. Allow rum-pineapple ice to thaw for 10 minutes before blending.
3. Add the remaining pineapple juice all ingredients to the BELLA Personal Blender
and blend until smooth.

Homemade Tzatziki
Makes: 1-3/4 cups
Serves: 3 - 4
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2/3 large cucumber
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Deseed and use a box grater to shred the cucumber. Wrap grated cucumber in cheese cloth
or a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
2. Add all ingredients to the BELLA Personal Blender and blend until smooth.
3. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Avocado Lime Salad Dressing
Makes 1-1/2 cups
Serves: 3 - 5
1 large Hass avocado, chunked (1-1/2 cups)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
3 tablespoons avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Remove pit from avocado and chop into chunks.
2. Add remaining ingredients to the BELLA Blender and blend until smooth.
Basil Pesto
Serves: 3 - 4
1/4 cup roasted pine nuts
1/4 cup cashew nuts
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Add nuts, oil and yeast to the BELLA Blender. Grate the garlic cloves into the blending cup.
2. Add chopped basil leaves.
3. Blend until a smooth paste is formed. Add a squeeze of fresh lime, salt and pepper to taste
before serving.
Tip: Avocado Mash Up. Add half the pesto to 1 large Hass avocado for a delicious smear on
toast, veggie dip, or toss over steamed veggies.
