HARDWARE INSTALLATION
1. Insert the battery
A. Remove the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the
case of the mouse.
B. Place the battery ("AAA" Alkaline) in the compartment
according to the diagram inside. (Note that incorrect battery
placement may cause the battery to overheat.)
C. Put the battery cover back on.
D. Turn the Power On/Off switch on the bottomof the mouse to On.
E. The Low Power LED on the wheel bar will be on for 6 seconds
when the mouse is turned on.
F. Replace battery when LED indicates that power is low.
Note
The Tumi Travel Mouse features a batter conservation "Sleep"
mode when unused. Click any button to "awaken" the device.
Power on/off:
There is a Power On/Off switch to be used to conserve battery
power when the unit is not in use for a long period of time.
Use the DPI button to change resolution;
the LED on wheel will flash when the
DPI has been successfully switched.
2. Connect the receiver
A. Turn on your PC.
B. Connect the mouse's receiver
(from bottom side of mouse) to
the USB port on your PC.
