15. Emergency situations
In case of malfunctions proceed as follows:

Problem:
Control unit off
What to do: The safety pressure switch is tripped and the emergency light on the control panel is lit
Call the repair service for restoration of normal operation

Problem:
Error messages on the control panel
What to do: Call the repair service and report the error message
In all cases call the repair service immediately to restore normal operation.
SERIOUS EMERGENCIES
The following are considered serious emergencies:
-
Outbreak of fire in the engine room
-
Explosion of pipes or pressurized parts
-
Visible or observable leakage of coolants
-
Short-circuit in the engine room
-
Damage due to lightning
-
Damage due to other natural events
In these cases proceed as follows:
-
Immediately disconnect power using the circuit breaker outside the engine room.
-
In case of small fires that allow entrance into the engine room, use the extinguisher.
-
In case of severe fires that make it impossible to enter the room call the Fire Department.
-
When the room is safe, call the repair service to repair the equipment.
Note: If the company disposes of its own specialized squad capable of responding to serious emergencies, the
personnel should be equipped as follows:
- protection against hot/cold burns;
- protection of the respiratory tract with masks and oxygen respirators.
16. Routine maintenance
Important: Before any operation of maintenance or cleaning, disconnect electrical and hydraulic power!

Replace at least every 100 hours of operation, the line filters for liquids and the intake line supplied with the unit.

Note: The condenser on the unit should be cleaned regularly.
17. Dismantling the installation
In conformity with the rules for dismantling of waste in the separate countries and for respect of the environment in
which we live, we invite you to divide the installation into parts and dispose of them separately, then:
-
recover the coolant;
-
remove the lubricating oil.
The recovered materials should be turned over to specialized company for recycling or correct disposal of the parts
of the system.
Please read the Installation and Use Manual carefully; in this way, our telephone operator will be able to provide
more precise indications as to the Technical Assistance required in the event of operating problems.
