2 - MAINTENANCE
2.1 - WARNING
Unplug the appliance or switch off the circuit
breaker before carrying out maintenance
operations.
2.2 - CLEANING THE METAL ANTI-GREASE
FILTERS (Fig.3)
For better functioning of the anti-grease filters,
•
they must be washed at least once a month.
Filters are dishwasher safe.
•
The filters may change colour slightly and
become opaque. Their functioning remains
unaltered.
If washed by hand, leave them to soak in boiling
•
water and washing-up liquid for a few hours.
Do not use brushes to clean the filters, as this
•
may ruin the texture of the structure.
If the filters are extremely dirty and grease
•
residues are present, the filters could catch fire,
therefore jeopardising the correct functioning of
the appliance.
Turn the knob to disassemble.
•
2.3 - LIGHTING (Fig.4)
To replace the light bulb:
Remove the bulb.
•
Replace the lamp with one that has the same
•
features because one with major power
may cause severe damage to the electrical
system.
