ARRIS grants Customer a limited;, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-
sublicensable license to use the Standard Software with the Product. Customer may use
third party software supplied by ARRIS solely with the Product and Standard Software,
unless the licensing terms of the third party software specify otherwise. ARRIS is not
liable for third party software used in conjunction with the Product and Customer uses
third party software at its own risk. This Product may contain Open Source software. If
Open Source is used, upon written request from Customer, ARRIS will make available
the appropriate Open Source software as per the applicable GPL.
General Information, Disclaimers and Proprietary Notices
