Never place the Product on a soft surface, such as a bed or sofa that might block the
ventilation holes in the cabinet, or near any flammable material.
Do not stack any other component or electric device on top of the Product.
ARRIS Limited Warranty
1.
ARRIS warrants to the original purchaser of the Product that the Product will
substantially conform to its specification in effect as of the date of shipment and that
it will be free from material defects in material and workmanship under normal use
during the warranty period.

Product returned directly to ARRIS under warranty must be shipped
prepaid by Customer.
THESE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
WHETHER STATUTORY, BY OPERATION OF LAW, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE AND ANY WARRANTIES
ARISING OUT OF USAGE OR TRADE. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARE
EXCLUDED. THIS WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE SOLELY TO YOU AND
NOT TO ANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST OR ANY OTHER THIRD
PARTY.
NO WAIVER, ALTERATION, OR MODIFICATION OF THIS
AGREEMENT SHALL BE BINDING UNLESS IN WRITING AND SIGNED
BY AN ARRIS AUTHORIZED EXECUTIVE.
PRODUCTS LISTED WITHIN THIS DOCUMENT, ARRIS DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES OF ALL TYPES.

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable purchase agreement between ARRIS and
Customer, the standard warranty period is one (1) year from the shipment date from
ARRIS for the Product and one (1) year for the enclosed battery (if provided). Use
of ARRIS battery packs in another vendor's equipment voids the ARRIS battery
pack warranty. Use of another vendor's battery packs in ARRIS Products void the
ARRIS Product warranty and may degrade performance or be hazardous. . This
warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as documentation, cables and
batteries except as otherwise provided herein.

ARRIS warranty does NOT cover (1) physical damage to the surface of the
Products, including cracks or scratches on the casing; (2) damage caused by misuse,
neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to open, repair or
modify the Products, or any other cause beyond the range of the intended use; (3)
damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards, or acts of God.
4.
Warranty Claims
Except as noted below, Customer should contact the source from which they
obtained the Product for any warranty claims and contact their cable operator for
support information not provided in this document.
