For a return where Customer has purchased directly from ARRIS under standard
terms, Customer must request a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) via
commercially reasonable efforts to ship a repaired or replaced Product to Customer
within thirty (30) days of Product receipt. ARRIS warrants the repaired or replaced
Product for the longer of the remainder of the warranty period or 90 days. Customer
shall reimburse ARRIS for shipping and related expenses for returns due to errors or
defects which are not expressly covered under the ARRIS warranty.
