1. INTRODUCTION

The condensing combi boilers HTW PACIFIC 24kW, have been designed and manufactured
to give service according to the needs of hot water and heating, by using natural gas fuel.
The devices are suitable for use with natural gas fuel.
The lnstallation and User Manual booklet contains the necessary information for safe and
efficient use of the combi boilers. This booklet contains the technical information of the
device, its installation, the connection information, the maintenance, the detection and the
explanation of possible malfunctions.
Please do not use your device before you read this booklet and keep it for future reference
when a case requires to do so.
2. WARNINGS FOR USER
a. The installation and the connection of the boiler must be made as stated in the manual
and in accordance with the requirements specified by the authorized gas companies.
b. Make sure that the flue connection is not opening to any closed area and check that it is
not connected to any device other than the special flue used to connect more than one
device and that the flue cap is not clogged.
c. Make sure that the combi boiler shall be operated with the proper gas.
d. Make sure that the fittings and the pipes connected are cleaned before installation.
Otherwise, defects due to dirt and particles in the installation are not covered by the
warranty.
e. The first operation of the boiler must be done by an authorized service. Make sure that all
the electrical, water and gas connections of the device are completely made.
f. The outer surface of the device must be cleaned with a damp cloth without using any
chemicals or detergents.
g. For using the device productively for many years, have its annual maintenance regularly
made by an authorized service.

3. OUT OF WARRANTY CASES

The warranty given by HTW does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the
device and the following situations.
a. Defects in devices, the first operation of which was not made by authorized services,
b. Defects arising from installation and usage contrary to the requirements in the user
manual of the device,
c. Defects arising from selection of incorrect type,
d. Damages and failures caused by interference to the device other than the authorized
service,
