When finished cooking, turn
temperature control to OFF

skillet cool completely.

Wipe the temperature control
and cord with a damp cloth and
then wipe dry.

plug, or temperature control in water or any other liquid.

Wash lid and skillet in hot, soapy
water. Rinse and dry.
This skillet and lid can be washed
in the dishwasher. DO NOT use
the "SANI" setting. "SANI" cycle
temperatures could damage your
product.
