BP 38 C - PLANETARY MIXER
1 – GET TO KNOW THE PRODUCT
1.1 - The planetary mixer BP 38 C is manufactured in carbon steel with its finishing in epoxy
painting.
1.2 - The bowl is made of stainless steel and the mixing paddles of aluminum.
1.3 - Its tilting system allows easy removal of the bowl.
1.4 - Safety system protects access to bowl.
1.5 - It is equipped with 4 speeds and electronic shifting, which takes place through a frequency
reverser.
2 – SPECIAL CARE WHEN INSTALLING THE EQUIPMENT
2.1 - Place the equipment on a flat surface.
2.2 - Before plugging the machine to the electric power supply, make sure that voltage
recommended is the same supplied at your facilities.
3 – LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR BP 38 C
3.1 - This mixer was developed to prepare light dough (icings, creams, marshmallow, pancakes,
stiff-peaked egg white, etc...).
3.2 - To start operation, put the bowl with the proper paddle in order to beat the product in the
bowl support, fix it onto the support with the fixing levers.
3.3 - To install the mixing paddle make sure the equipment is not connected to power supply.
Push the bushing upwards and fix the paddle on the fixing shaft, then put the safety bushing
down to fix it.
3.4 - Never touch the dough when the equipment is on, that is, do not insert any object in the
bowl while it is working.
3.5 - The equipment has to be operating if you want to change the speed.
3.6 - When turning the equipment on with the ingredients in the bowl, use lower speeds and then
select proper speed.
3.7 - The equipment will stop if the safety grid is opened. To activate it again it is necessary to
press the on /off switch after the grid has gone back to its original closed position.
4 – CLEANING PROCEDURES
4.1 - Remove mixing paddle by turning safety bushing (item 16).
4.2 - Be sure that equipment has been unplugged from power supply before starting cleaning
procedures.
4.3 - Always clean parts that touch the dough at the end of every process.
4.4 - Wash bowl and accessories with running water; the rest of the equipment should be
cleaned with a wet cloth only.
This equipment has been developed to make light dough mixtures, do not use it to make heavy
dough such as bread and the like.
Perfect operation of your equipment depends on usage conditions. Be careful with it.
