2.2. REMOTE PARAMETER MANAGEMENT
This func on enables the acquired bu on parameters to be modifi ed.
The window has 2 Areas:
Area 1: area for viewing the parameters;
Area 2: available advanced features;
Descrip on of the remote parameters in Area 1 for each acquired bu on:
Remote control type: the type of remote control is displayed;
Serial code: By choosing one of three op ons, the serial number can be changed:
- New Serial: the Easy Scan Plus device automa cally generates a new serial.
- Iden cal: the Easy Scan Plus device uses the serial that was obtained when acquiring the original remote
control.
- Customised: a new serial can be entered into the "Serial Code" fi eld.
Serial code: this fi eld becomes editable when the "Customised" op on is selected in the "Remote Serial
Number" fi eld;
Bu on code: editable fi eld represen ng the code of a func on which is managed by the automated control
unit.
Frequency (Hz): the frequency of the remote control can be changed;
Modula on: non-editable fi eld which indicates the remote control's modula on type;
Learning: editable fi eld which indicates the remote control's learning type;
Source code: parameter used by the control unit which cannot be changed;
Technician code: parameter entered by the person who installed the automated control unit;
Bu on counter: when populated, it indicates the number of mes a bu on has been pressed;
Group counter: when populated, it indicates the number of mes a remote control has been pressed.
