Stroke limiter

In versions with the stroke limiter, stroke limiting is set to 90° ex works. This setting can be
changed if required. This allows the turning movement towards working position to be limited
to less than 90°, e.g. 45°.
NOTE
In versions with the DA function, limiting is possible only towards the open position.

5.2.1 Adjusting the stroke limiter

 Check that there is no compressed air present
 Unscrew the cover (1)
 Use the control air to bring the actuator to working position
(DA function: CLOSED position)
 Loosen the locknut (3)
 Turn the adjusting screw (2) counter-clockwise (FC function) or clockwise (FO/DA function)
to obtain the desired stroke limitation
 Actuator in rest position (DA function: OPEN position)
 Test the stroke limiter. Repeat steps 3 to 6 if necessary
 Tighten the locknut (3).
 Screw on the covering cap (1)
