POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Pump not primed

3. Air leak at connector.
4. Strainer basket clogged

REMEDY/ACTION
1. Prime the pump.
1. Refer to "Steps for Clearing Pump Impeller
and Volute of Obstructions".
1. Replace Hose
2. Make sure hose end and strainer basket is
completely under water.
3. Replace sealing gasket if damaged or missing.
Use Teflon pipe thread tape on all threaded
coupling surfaces.
4. Clean debris from strainer basket.
1. Relocate pump and hoses to reduce head.
REMEDY/ACTION
1. Replace Hose
2. Make sure hose end and strainer basket is
completely under water.
