TROUBLESHOOTING
If bidet appears to be operating abnormally, please review troubleshooting tips
before calling Customer Service, as most issues are easily resolved in a few steps .
PLEASE NOTE, THE SKIN SENSOR IN THE SEAT MUST DETECT A USER
FOR FULL PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY.
PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
• Understand that full product functions (such as wash functions) will not work
unless the user sensor on seat detects an occupant .
• The bidet is connected to power and the outlet is working properly .
• Test the reset button on the GFCI Outlet .
• The remote control has fresh batteries and are installed correctly .
• Main water supply valve is open .
• Seat is NOT in ECO MODE (lower seat temperature setting) .
• There are no leaks from hoses or water supply .
• Mesh filter is clean and free of build-up or debris .
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO STORE
Residual moisture on the product is NORMAL . Every product is tested with pure
water during manufacturing to ensure the highest quality and performance . It is
normal to find residual moisture or water spots in or on the product .

the form of a copy of your original receipt must accompany the returned unit for the
warranty to be valid .
