Motion Sensor
Located inside the Front Scan Window, the motion sensor detects a change in
ambient light levels caused by moving an item in front of the scanner, and
wakes up the scanner if it is in Sleep Mode.
Interface
nal. It transmits bar code data and, depending on your host system configura-
tion, can also supply DC power to the scanner from the host Terminal (Power-
Off-Terminal).
DC Power Connector
either via a special DC wire extending out of the Interface cable, or via a special
DC connector on the Interface Connector.
