General Operation Procedure

Follow this general procedure when operating the
hybridization incubator:
1. Read, understand, and follow all safety informa-
tion.
2. Install rotisserie or rocker. See "Installing the
Rotisserie into the Incubator" and "Rocker
Installation" in the Operation section.
3. Install drip tray and leave in place at all times.
4. Power up system. See "Power Up" in the
Operation section.
5. Set temperature as desired for processing and
allow incubator to reach and stabilize at desired
temperature. See "Setting the Temperature" and
"Setting the Temperature Offset" in the Operation
section.
6. Load samples into rotisserie or rocker. See
"Loading the Rotisserie" in the Operation sec-
tion. To set the rotisserie for variable axis, see
details under "Using the Rotisserie" and "Loading
the Rocker."
7. Run processing procedure as desired. If you
want to set keypad protection, see "Setting the
Keypad Protection" under the Operation section.
For details on temperature deviation, see
"Setting and Reading Temperature Deviation" in
the Operation section.
8. At conclusion of processing, unload samples
from rotisserie or rocker. For details on rotisserie
and rocker unloading, see "Unloading the
Rotisserie" and "Unloading the Rocker" in the
Operation section.
9. Clean incubator for next use. See "Cleaning the
Unit" in the Operation section.
