ANOMALIES, SOLUTIONS
The machine does not switch on.
The pilot arc switches off
The cutting arc stops.
Insufficient penetration.
Consumables' early deterioration.
The arc sprays and whistles.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
The warranty does not cover:
• Transit damage.
• Normal wear of parts (eg. : cables, clamps, etc..).
• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).
• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).
In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:
- The proof of purchase (receipt etc ...)
- A description of the fault reported.

Pilot arc installation fault.
PROBLEMS
The torch is disconnected. Connect a torch
and restart the machine.
The shroud is not detected. Unplug the
machine, reinstall the consumables and
restart the machine.
The trigger was detected as «pressed» while
starting the machine.
The cooling fan test has encoutered an error.
Check that the ventilation fan works.
Both torch types were detected at the same
time. Check that your torch is compatible.
An internal communication error has been
detected. Restart the product. Have a
qualified technician check the connections
between the front PCB and the main PCB if
the error keeps occuring.
Pilot arc installation fault. The consumables
did not revert to their place.
Pilot arc installation fault. Pilot arc current
not detected.
Pilot arc installation fault. The arc pilot is not
detected.
Check the state of consumables.
If the problem remains, the machine requires
to get repair.
SOLUTIONS
- Check that the power cord is plugged to the mains properly.
- Check that the device is powered on the main circuit breaker panel or
power supply box .
- Check that the voltage is not too low (More than 15% below nominal
voltage).
- Check that the circuit breaker didn't activate.
- Worn consumables
- No electrical contact between the tailpipe and the electrode.
- Cutting speed is too low.
- Bad earth clamp connection.
- Cutting height too elevated
- Unadapted tailpipe.
- Cutting speed too fast.
- Not enough current.
- Part is too thick (more than 15 % below nominal voltage).
- Current is too high for the tailpipe.
- Purge the air filter.
- The filtering cartridge must be cleaned or replaced.
