Installing the pneumatic system
Select one of the following connection

methods:
[A] Connection on the flange
[B] Connection from below
If necessary, remove the sealing elements

from the compressed air ports.

Proceed as follows:
S
1. Reset the threaded pin if necessary. Seal
the threaded pin with screw sealing
agent.
2. If using as a single−acting cylinder: screw
a sound damper (è Accessory) into
stroke air connection 1 on the underside.
3. Connect the tubing to the compressed air
connections on the DFST as per Fig. 14
(e.g. double−acting with a 5/2−way valve
and/or single−acting with a 3/2−way
valve).
